DR RYAN MILTON - CHIROPRACTOR - GENERAL CHIROPRACTIC
Dr Ryan Milton
(Chiropractor) graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Human Movement in 2021, before completing his Bachelor of Chiropractic at the Australian Chiropractic College.
Ryan takes a movement-focused approach to care, shaped by his long-standing involvement in the gym and strength training. He enjoys working with people who want to stay active, return to exercise after injury, or better understand how movement and load management can support long-term musculoskeletal health.
He is committed to evidence-informed, patient-centred care and values working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Ryan believes the best outcomes come from care that is tailored to the individual, aligned with their goals, and supported by clear education and active rehabilitation.
Ryan has a particular interest in postural-related concerns, including mid-back and neck discomfort commonly associated with prolonged desk work and gaming. As an active gamer himself, he understands the physical demands of extended screen time and enjoys helping patients build sustainable strategies to manage symptoms through movement, education, and targeted rehabilitation.
Dr Brad Moore (Chiropractor) was born and raised in Adelaide. He was keen on sports, particularly football, and played at a high level until he tore his hamstring while in his teens. To his frustration, the injury just didn’t seem to settle, making it hard to maintain his sporting fitness.
Eventually, one of his mates suggested Brad went to see a Chiropractor to see if an adjustment to his lower back or pelvis might help. It did. It helped a lot. And it also sparked Brad’s interest in becoming a Chiropractor.
After gaining a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney, the newly accredited Dr Brad Moore moved back to Adelaide and opened his practice. Eleven years later, that became Active Health Co.
