I’ve always had an interest in the human body. How we move, think and live and the effects on our day-to-day life.
Being a Massage Therapist allows me to bring my knowledge and passion for the human body and combine that with empathy and understanding for where you are at today.
Like everything in life, each session is going to be different depending on the season and what’s showing up in the moment. I endeavour to listen to your needs and together come up with a plan that will bring lasting relief to where you need it most.
Having a love for movement myself I understand the needs of an active body. How finding the sweet spot of slower relaxation techniques and easing out the tension through Remedial Massage can make a big difference to your recovery and performance.
Seeing you continue to progress is important to me, so at the end of the massage I love to provide stretches and activation exercises to allow you to continue to see improvements in your mobility.
Natalie Olsson (Orofacial Myologist)
Hi! I'm Natalie, an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist with a passion for helping children and adults achieve better health through improved breathing, oral function, and muscle balance.
I have worked as an Oral Health Therapist for almost 20 years and have been a Clinical Tutor at the University of Adelaide for 16 years, both of which I continue to do today.
My interest in Orofacial Myology developed through my work in oral health, where I became increasingly aware of how breathing, tongue posture, swallowing, and orofacial muscle function can influence far more than oral health alone. This led me to undertake postgraduate training in Orofacial Myology.
I believe that identifying and addressing the underlying cause of dysfunction, rather than simply managing symptoms, can make a lasting difference.
I'm particularly passionate about early intervention in children, whilst also helping adults optimise lifelong oral function through personalised, evidence-based therapy.
Dr Brad Moore (Chiropractor) was born and raised in Adelaide. He was keen on sports, particularly football, and played at a high level until he tore his hamstring while in his teens. To his frustration, the injury just didn’t seem to settle, making it hard to maintain his sporting fitness.
Eventually, one of his mates suggested Brad went to see a Chiropractor to see if an adjustment to his lower back or pelvis might help. It did. It helped a lot. And it also sparked Brad’s interest in becoming a Chiropractor.
After gaining a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney, the newly accredited Dr Brad Moore moved back to Adelaide and opened his practice. Eleven years later, that became Active Health Co.
